Categories of Car Lamp Injection Mold

-Three-plate mold (fine-gate mold): The three-plate mold is relatively complex, including structures such as fixed molds, movable molds, and pouring systems. Usually, a point gate is used, and the gate size is small, generally directly on the product.

The mold blank to be processed is clamped on the EDM machine to ensure that no displacement occurs during the processing. After the processing is completed, the mold is polished, and ground and other processes are performed to ensure the surface quality.
