- Use an advanced drying system to pre-treat the material by dehumidifying it, ensuring that the water content of the ABS raw material is less than 0.1%. This step can effectively eliminate bubbles or silver streaks in the product during the subsequent blow molding process.
- Engineers set the appropriate processing temperature and screw speed, accurately set the three-stage processing temperature, and convert the plastic into a tubular parison.
- When the parison is extruded to a predetermined length, the servo-driven clamping device clamps both ends of the parison, and passes compressed air, so that the parison expands and fits closely to the mold cavity.
- After blow molding is completed, the mold remains closed, and the product is cooled and shaped through the cooling water channel in the mold. The specific cooling time is adjusted according to the thickness and size of the product to avoid warping caused by uneven cooling.
- After the product is shaped, the mold is opened, the product is taken out, and it is trimmed to remove flash and burrs.
