As an innovator in injection molding, Booling has always believed that “the scientific selection of materials is the cornerstone of precision manufacturing.” We use intelligent temperature control systems and pressure optimization technology to ensure that plastic raw materials are molded in a highly stable environment. The product size accuracy can reach ±0.01mm and the processing cycle is shortened by more than 20%. “We not only provide materials but also provide a balance between performance and cost.” -This is the commitment of the Booling engineering team to each product.
Advantages of custom injection molding:
- Ability to produce complex and precise products
- Wide selection of materials
- High degree of automation
- Fast production speed
Related Hot Products
As an industry-leading injection molding service provider, we have manufactured lightweight air ducts, pedals, rear wings, and other key components for new energy vehicle companies such as Volkswagen, Geely, Tesla, and BYD through intelligent process control systems and full-link material databases, successfully reducing the weight of a single vehicle by 15% and helping to increase the range by 8%. “Lightweighting is not a compromise, but a dual breakthrough in materials science and engineering capabilities.” – Technical Director of Booling.

Types of Injection Molding Materials
“Performance, cost, and sustainability are all indispensable.” – This is the most eye-catching slogan on the wall of the Booling Material Laboratory. We have established a dynamic evaluation model for more than 200 injection molding materials to ensure the best match for each project:
- Plastics
As the main material for injection molding, plastics are generally combined with a certain amount of additives and fillers and molded at a certain temperature and pressure. The performance of plastics is between that of fibers and rubbers and has sufficient elasticity, toughness, mechanical strength, and other properties. Booling generally uses thermoplastics for molding, such as PE, PP, HDPE, PC, ABS, etc., to meet the strict requirements of different industries.
- Rubber
Rubber is a flexible polymer with low intermolecular forces and unique high elasticity. It will deform significantly under external forces and will restore its original shape after the external forces are eliminated. Natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, and ethylene-propylene rubber are commonly used varieties in silicone rubber injection molding.
- Fiber
Fiber is a linear crystalline polymer with a low average molecular weight. It is not easy to deform during the injection molding process. It has a low elongation and high elastic modulus. Commonly used synthetic fibers include polyamide (such as nylon 66, nylon 6, etc.), polyethylene terephthalate, and polyacrylonitrile.
Booling has always adhered to the concept of “continuous innovation, quality first”, and has been constantly exploring new materials and new processes to provide users with more professional injection molding processes. We look forward to exploring the infinite possibilities of injection molding with you, so that each product can become a witness to technological innovation.

Wide Application of Injection Molding Materials
Booling has always practiced the concept of “the application of injection molding materials is not a multiple-choice question, but the optimal solution to the equation”. We are equipped with Haitian all-electric injection molding machines and Moldflow intelligent analysis systems to provide “material-process-scenario” three-dimensional precise matching solutions for 20+ industry customers around the world, cumulatively reducing customers’ comprehensive costs by 26%.
- Automobile: Booling focuses on the manufacture of automotive molds, such as dashboards, steering wheels, bumpers, car door panels, headlight molds, etc., using high-performance materials such as HDPE, PP, ABS, etc., and can produce products with excellent appearance quality and performance.
- Daily necessities: Customized injection molding is used for the processing of various daily necessities, such as cups, dishes, drain baskets, insulation boxes, trash cans, etc., to meet consumers’ needs for appearance and quality.
- Packaging: Used to produce various plastic bottles, plastic boxes, and other products, and can also be used in the processing of disposable lunch boxes.
- Electronic equipment: used in the processing of various electronic product shells, such as mobile phone shells, computer cases, display shells, etc., with excellent electrical insulation and mechanical properties.
- Aerospace: In the field of aerospace, some seat armrests, roofs, vent grilles, and other parts will be injection molded with high-performance plastics, such as PEEK, PPS, and other engineering plastics, which have excellent stability and significantly improve fuel efficiency.

Customized Injection Molding Process
Customized injection molding processes are diverse. Booling provides mold manufacturing for processes such as two-color, insert, and micro-foam injection molding to meet the personalized needs of different users. We have 12 invention patents related to injection molding processes. Through the intelligent process decision-making system, we provide customers with a two-dimensional solution of “technical feasibility + cost optimization”.
- Injection Molding
Injection molding mainly adds granular or powdered materials into the barrel of the injection molding machine, heats and melts them, and then enters the cavity through the nozzle and the pouring system of the mold for molding. After cooling and solidification, a product with stable quality is formed.
- Two-color Injection Molding
Using a special two-color injection molding machine and mold, two plastics of different colors or materials are injected into the same mold cavity one after another to form a plastic product with two colors or material combinations, thereby improving the performance and aesthetics of the product.
- Insert Injection Molding
Place the prepared metal or other inserts in the mold, inject the plastic into the mold through the injection molding process, and closely combine with the insert to form a product, improve the performance of the product, and realize the processing of more complex products. The corresponding inserts can be made of metal, ceramic, glass, and other materials.
- Micro-foam Injection Molding Process
The micro-foam injection molding process injects gases such as supercritical carbon dioxide or nitrogen into the plastic melt, mainly relying on the expansion of pores to fill the product, and can achieve customized injection molding of products at lower pressure. The micro-foam injection molding process can significantly reduce the weight of the product and shorten the molding cycle.
