1. Contact Booling and provide samples or 3D drawings to clarify the needs and design requirements for the dashboard.
2. Booling analyzes the customer’s needs and provides a reasonable quotation within 24 hours.
3. The customer checks the type, quantity and other parameters of the mold and confirms the order.
4. After signing the processing contract, the mold drawing design begins. Booling usually provides 3D mold design drawings.
5. The customer confirms the mold drawing.
6. Carry out material procurement and prepare the processing steel for the mold.
7. Enter the processing and production stage of the dashboard mold.
8. Assemble the mold according to the drawing and perform surface treatment such as grinding and polishing according to the requirements of the mold.
9. Mold trial T1.
10. Repair and adjust the mold according to the results of the first mold trial.
