Materials for Home Appliance Mold Production
We use plastic materials such as PP, ABS, PE, PA, and PC to manufacture plastic housings for home appliances. The resulting products have high strength, high gloss, and are lightweight.
Stainless steel materials are used to manufacture products that have high requirements for corrosion resistance, durability, and cleanliness, such as components for most home appliances, kitchenware, and medical devices.
Plastic mold steel is used to manufacture forming molds for producing plastic products, such as injection molds, blow molds, and extrusion molds.
Among cold work die steels, materials such as Cr12Mo1V1 (D2/SKD11) and Cr12MoV (improved D2) are suitable for producing products like simple punches and hand tools.
Aluminum alloy is widely used in home appliances for parts requiring lightweight, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and good appearance.
Hot work die steel is used to manufacture molds that can produce air conditioner housings, refrigerator doors, and other similar parts.
