Introduction to Manufacturing Resource Equipment Configuration
We have a variety of machining equipment configurations, such as CNC machine tools, lathes, We not only have multiple mold rooms, but also a variety of machining equipment configurations, such as CNC machine tools, lathes, milling machines, and EDM, etc. We can use these equipment for corresponding machining processes.
We also have multiple injection molding machines and blow molding machines, which can perform injection molding and blow molding processes.
Equipment Configuration Types
Injection Molding
We have injection molding equipment including one ultra‑large injection molding machine, one large injection molding machine, and three injection molding machines, capable of producing small precision parts, very large plastic products, and other injection‑molded items.
Blow Molding
We have blow molding equipment including 6 HDPE blow molding machines and 4 ABS blow molding machines, which can be used to produce hollow products made of HDPE, ABS, and other materials, such as containers, pipe fittings, and automotive air ducts.
CNC Machine
We have 6 four‑axis machining centers, 4 gantry machining centers, and 6 CNC machines, which enable us to meet customers’ requirements for machining complex surfaces and high‑precision components.
EDM Machine
We have two single‑head EDM machines and four double‑head EDM machines, allowing us to perform electrical discharge machining on precision mold cavities and materials with high hardness.
Equipment And Technical Capabilities
Design Software
During the mold design phase, we use software such as NX, AutoCAD, etc.
Precision Measurement
When measuring products, we use a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform full-dimensional measurement on samples, first articles, and other products.
Rapid Prototyping
During the prototyping stage, we use a 3D printer for prototype manufacturing.
Mold Clamping Machine
We have two clamping machines (mold spotting presses), which can be used for mold assembly, spotting, and adjustment to ensure high precision of mold clamping.
