Booling’s duct products are manufactured by blow molding technology. Combined with our self-produced precision duct molds, we are able to fabricate high-quality hollow automotive ducts that feature excellent high temperature resistance and high dimensional accuracy, including automotive air conditioning ducts, defroster ducts and other related parts.
We utilize PP, HDPE and high-temperature resistant TPV as raw materials to produce finished automotive ducts. Our products boast outstanding heat resistance and air tightness.In the product design phase, we apply mold flow analysis to pre-assess key properties like air tightness and validate production feasibility. We also provide sample trial services to ensure full manufacturability of every design.Furthermore, we deliver one-stop OEM and ODM customization services covering the entire workflow, from 3D CAD modeling all the way to mass production and delivery.

Design Review
Please send us your 3D models or 2D drawings. Even a hand-drawn sketch with key dimensions is acceptable. We can evaluate the manufacturability of your part geometry and select the optimal production process for you. Meanwhile, we will identify any potential DFM issues, such as draft angles, wall thickness deviations, clamping positions and other related problems.
Material Selection

Processing Parameters
We will carry out parameter optimization during the trial run, including adjusting cycle time, part wall thickness and implementing flash control.
