Fixed Side Step
Engineered for daily use and heavy-duty performance, our fixed side steps are sturdy, simple and cost-effective. Made of high-strength 6061/7075 aluminum alloy, they are lightweight yet robust, with a load capacity of 200 to 300 kilograms.The surface features anti-slip textures embedded with rubber granules, ensuring safe stepping in rainy and snowy weather.
Material
Material: PP+EPDM (25% rubber)
This rubber-modified polypropylene resists cracking under impact at -40°C and is compatible with priming and painting. This material is adopted for most of our running board products.
Surface
We adopt a three-layer coating process: primer, basecoat and clearcoat.

PP + EPDM
Rubber-modified polypropylene takes −40°C impact without cracking and accepts paint with a primer coat. Most of our running board programs run this.
ABS / PC Blend
It boasts high surface gloss and excellent dimensional stability, ideal for running board trims of sport and luxury vehicles. Its surface quality is far better than that of ordinary materials.
HDPE (Blow Molded)
Running boards made from this material feature light weight, good chemical resistance and a hollow structure.

What Gets Checked Before Parts Ship
CMM Dimensional Measurement
We conduct full quality inspection on first articles and perform periodic in-process checks throughout production.
Load Testing
Load is applied up to the rated capacity. Permanent deformation is measured in compliance with your drawings and relevant automotive standards.
Material Verification (DSC/FTIR)
Material testing is carried out to verify material grade and batch number. No material substitution is allowed without the customer’s written approval. If you have ever received PP parts actually made of HDPE, you will understand why this verification is essential.
Visual Inspection under D65 Light Source
We inspect the products under light for dents, weld lines, flow marks and uneven texture. We also compare paired left and right steps to ensure consistent gloss.
