Two Major Mold Manufacturing Segments
We mainly produce two types of plastic molds: injection molds and blow molds.
Blow Molds
Blow molds are our core business. We manufacture single-cavity and multi-cavity blow molds for a wide range of industries, including automotive, logistics, and home appliance housings. Our capability covers precision blow molds for automotive components, industrial containers, and consumer products.
Injection Molds
Injection molds are used for producing thin-wall containers, structural and sealing components, and similar products. We are capable of designing multi-cavity family molds, as well as providing both hot runner and cold runner solutions. For most applications, we use P20 and 718 steel. For projects with higher requirements in surface finish, material corrosion resistance, or long-term production stability, we also use S136 stainless steel for injection mold manufacturing.
How We Choose Mold Steel — and Why It Matters to You
We use 7075 aluminum, 6061 aluminum, P20, and H13 steel depending on the application and production requirements.
| Steel Grade | Hardness (HRC) | Corrosion Resistance | Thermal Conductivity | Typical Application | Expected Mold Life |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| P20 (pre-hardened) | 28-32 | Low - protect from moisture | Medium (29 W/m-K) | HDPE packaging blow molds, PP injection molds, medium-run tooling | 300,000-500,000shots |
| S136 (stainless tool steel) | 48-52 (after HT) | High - suitable for PVC, chemical resins | Low (24 W/m-K) | Chemical drum molds, PVC profiles, medical injection molds | 800,000-1,000,000 shots |
| H13 (hot work tool steel) | 44-48 (after HT) | Medium | Medium-High (25W/m-K) | Automotive blow molds (HDPE fuel tanks, air ducts), glass-filled PP molds) | 500,000-1,000,000+ shots |
| 718H (modified P20) | 33-38 | Low - Medium | Medium (29 W/m-K) | Mid-high volume injection molds,structural part tooling | 500,000-800,000 shots |
| Aluminum 7075 | N/A (≈87 HRB) | Medium | High (130 W/m-K) | SBM PET cavities, prototype blow molds, short-run tooling | 50,000-150,000 shots |
| 6061 Aluminum Alloy | Not applicable (≈95 HB) | Medium (improved after anodizing) | High (≈167 W/m-K) | Prototype blow molds, low to medium-volume EBM molds,structural validation molds | 30,000-120,000 shots |
Machining Capabilities
Every mold is tested in-house before delivery. A complete T1 trial report is provided for each project, including key process and dimensional data.
CNC Machining
We are equipped with CNC machining centers for large mold bases and cavity processing. The machined surface finish is high, which reduces the amount of manual polishing required in later stages.
EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
We maintain machining tolerances within ±0.005 to ±0.001 mm. EDM is used for fine features and complex geometries, enabling high-precision surface and detail control when required.
CMM Inspection
We are equipped with CMM systems for full dimensional inspection of both large and small components. This allows us to accurately verify all critical dimensions based on customer drawings.
Trial & Testing Facility
We have multiple blow molding machines and injection molding machines with different tonnage capacities. Our workshop maintains a wide range of raw materials to ensure smooth trial runs without delays caused by material shortages.
Industries We Serve
| industry | product |
|---|---|
| Automotive | air ducts, fluid pipes, spoilers, and aerodynamic components |
| Logistics | pallets, chemical drums, IBC tanks |
| Household Mold | plastic chairs, buckets, basins, storage boxes |
| Home Appliances | housings, refrigerator liners, structural plastic parts |
| Medical | device housings, medical bottles |
| Robotics | plastic structural enclosures |
T1 Trial Validation, Feedback Loop & Project Tracking System
Full T1 Trial & Documentation
For both injection and blow molds, all T1 trials are completed in-house. We do not provide only verbal feedback — all trial data is recorded and organized in detail.
Along with mold delivery, we provide full documentation including dimensional reports, surface inspection results, and corrective action suggestions for any identified defects.
Production Tracking
After order confirmation, we provide weekly updates on mold production progress. You can request status updates at any time. If any delay occurs, we will notify you immediately.
In-House Modification & Re-Inspection
All machining and modifications are carried out in-house. If design changes are required during production, we evaluate feasibility and implement adjustments quickly.
After modifications, we re-measure all relevant dimensions based on the updated drawings and provide updated inspection data.

What Happens If the Mold Cannot Produce Qualified Parts Upon Arrival?
If the mold fails to meet drawing requirements or agreed specifications due to issues confirmed during discussion, we cover all rework costs.
The mold can be returned to our facility for modification. Before any rework, we confirm the solution and timeline with you.
If returning the mold is not practical, we can also provide replacement inserts or steel components to resolve the issue remotely.
