Combined with our self-produced precision duct molds, we are able to fabricate high-quality hollow automotive ducts that feature excellent high temperature resistance and high dimensional accuracy, including automotive air conditioning ducts, defroster ducts and other related parts.

We utilize PP, HDPE and high-temperature resistant TPV as raw materials to produce finished automotive ducts. Our products boast outstanding heat resistance and air tightness.In the product design phase, we apply mold flow analysis to pre-assess key properties like air tightness and validate production feasibility. We also provide sample trial services to ensure full manufacturability of every design.Furthermore, we deliver one-stop OEM and ODM customization services covering the entire workflow, from 3D CAD modeling all the way to mass production and delivery.
