File Review
You send your 3D file or 2D drawing. We review geometry, identify potential manufacturing issues, and confirm material.
Quote And Scope
We send a quote with: unit price, lead time, material specification, surface finish grade, and dimensional tolerances we’ll hold.
Sample Production
Tooling is built (or existing tool used). First parts produced, inspected, and measured. Full report sent for your review.
Sample Confirmation
You review sample, dimensional report, and surface photos. Approve, request adjustment, or escalate specific concerns.
Mass Production And Delivery
Parts produced to approved standard. Batch inspection performed. Packed, shipped with documentation (CMM, material cert, surface photos).

Material Selection And Application Range
ABS
The most commonly used material with moderate strength, ideal for passenger vehicles.
PC/ABS
Suitable for applications requiring higher strength.
CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)
Features ultra-light weight and superior strength. Designed for high-performance vehicles and racing cars.
GF Composite / Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP)
Well suited for low-volume production and parts with complex profiles.
Quality Inspection
| Parameter | dimensional tolerance |
|---|---|
| Sample lead time | 12–15 days |
| Production order (first run) | 25–35 days |
| Minimum order quantity | 40 pcs min |
| Tooling fabrication And product manufacturing | In-house |
Inspection Process
CMM Measurement
The airfoil profile is measured at multiple span stations (typically 5 to 7 measuring points). The point-cloud data is compared with the 3D CAD model, and deviations are documented in an inspection report. This is not limited to simple pass/fail judgment on a single cross-section.
Span Straightness Check
The full-length blade is placed on a surface plate. Straightness is measured at 200 mm intervals using a feeler gauge or dial indicator. Any part with a deviation exceeding 1.0 mm per meter shall be remolded.
Endplate Squareness
Yes, we can sign a confidentiality agreement.
Surface Raking Light Inspection
The Class A surface is inspected under raking light at an angle of 15–30° to check for sink marks, flow lines, inconsistent polishing and parting line flash. Inspection photos will be delivered together with the goods.
Weight Verification
All individual components and the complete assembly are weighed respectively. Actual weights are recorded and compared against target values. The weight tolerance is ±4% for injection molded parts, and ±5.5% for CFRP components due to variations in resin content.
Assembly Fit Verification
Multi-piece spoilers are fully assembled in-house prior to shipment. Assembly inspection covers gap consistency at the joint between endplate and blade, bolt engagement between pedestal and blade, as well as overall alignment.
