Solutions For Assembly Lssues And Quality Defects
Stage 1 (48-hour Response)
Please send photos or videos of issues such as broken clips and paint defects. We will promptly ship qualified replacements or provide on-site repair guidance.
Stage 2 (Root Cause Analysis)
We will retrieve samples from the affected batch, inspect molds, process parameters as well as packaging and transportation links, and issue an Improvement Report to the customer.
Stage 3 (Prevention And Compensation)
If the problem is confirmed to be our liability, including dimensional deviation, material mixing and other faults, we will waive full payment for the batch. Meanwhile, we will upgrade molds and production processes to prevent recurrence of similar issues in future orders.
