How We Build Precision Blow Molds
We build precision blow molds that hold ±0.15mm wall thickness and ±0.02mm cavity tolerance. Every mold ships with a full CMM dimensional report and ultrasonic wall thickness mapping from T1 samples at 20+ measurement points. Not on request. Not as an extra line item. Standard.
The difference between a standard blow mold and a precision one comes down to three engineering decisions: Moldflow simulation before cutting steel, conformal cooling that holds temperature uniformity within ±2°C across the cavity surface, and inspection that doesn’t take shortcuts.
