Handle Material Options
Stainless Steel 304
Food-grade safe and excellent corrosion resistance.Compared with aluminum, stainless steel features lower thermal conductivity, keeping handles cool during cooking. It maintains fine luster even after long-term use.
Cast Iron
Tailored for heavy-duty cookware. The material boasts superior durability and surface gloss.Special surface coatings such as enamel and powder coating are applied to prevent rust formation.
Aluminum Alloy
This material is lightweight yet sturdy, ideal for mass production and cost reduction.
Carbon Steel
Carbon steel delivers high strength and impact resistance, suitable for assembly with rivets and structural brackets. Galvanization or non-stick coating can be applied for optimal rust prevention.
OEM Custom Pan Handles And Helper Handles
Logo Techniques
We are capable of applying the following logo processes: laser engraving, cast relief / embossing, etching, and silk screen printing / pad printing.
Color Customization
We offer customized color options: natural metal tones including silver, gold, gunmetal and bronze; spray coating and electroplating finishes. Color references follow Pantone and RAL color charts, covering mainstream hues like black, matte gray and white. Available electroplated variants include bright chrome, nickel and titanium gold.
Inspection And Certification
We can provide a mill certificate (material certificate).
Testing Standards
High Temperature Resistance Test
We place the handle at its rated temperature for 60 minutes to verify its high temperature resistance – checking for any deformation, oxidation, or discoloration.
Pull Force Test
Our pull force test confirms whether the installed handle can withstand a pulling force of over 150N without loosening.
Thermal Shock Test
We subject the handle to 3 cycles of sudden heating from room temperature to 2800°C and then rapid cooling – inspecting for any cracking.
Torque Test
We perform a torque test to verify whether the screw‑fixed structure slips under a torque of 5N·m.
