3D Printing After-Sales Service

For products within the warranty period, we will provide troubleshooting and answering services to replace parts, machine consumables, and consumable parts related to the printing system for you.
Parts Return
After the customer receives the product, confirm whether it meets the requirements. If there are defects, you can send photos and videos, and our engineers will investigate and solve the problem as soon as possible. For products not meeting the requirements, you can apply for a remake through the relevant sales agreement, and we will arrange for a free remake. If the product quality problem is caused by your drawing problem, you must negotiate and pay the production fee separately.
Technical Support
We provide remote technical support, and you can provide technical consultation or troubleshooting through online chat or telephone. For problems that cannot be solved online, we will provide a return repair service, usually responding quickly within 24 hours.
Repair Period
During the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement of parts for faulty products. Our technicians will complete the repair within 7 working days from receipt (depending on the specific condition of the parts), and the return shipping fee will be borne by Booling, and a summary document of the completed documents will be provided.
Employee Training
