Custom Online Blow Mold Service
Our blow molding molds are very high-precision. The molding process using our molds is extremely stable, and the dimensions are very accurate. Whether it’s for producing everyday items, industrial drums and tanks, or complex-shaped, irregular packaging, we can achieve fast, stable, and high-quality production.
Booling's Blow Mold Service
We provide one-stop services for the production of blow molds and blow molding technology. Blow molding is a manufacturing technology based on extrusion, in which a molten plastic tube is inflated inside a mold cavity to produce hollow containers and components.
In blow molding, the material used in the process is first heated and melted. The fully melted plastic is then injected into the blow mold. The blow mold consists of two halves, creating a cavity that shapes the desired product. After the mold is closed, compressed air is used to blow and expand the molten plastic into the mold.

Services Offered By Blow Mold Technology
Product Development
We use CAE simulation software to perform simulation analysis on the product’s structure, wall thickness distribution, and stress conditions. In the development stage, we predict potential issues and propose optimized design solutions to shorten the development cycle and reduce trial mold costs.
Mold Design
Our mold design is a crucial step in manufacturing molds, allowing us to optimize the coordination of various aspects such as gate location and quantity. Our designers can set the gate location based on experience and check whether the filling is uniform and the demolding is smooth during the simulation process. This step verifies the feasibility of the mold design, preventing unnecessary waste that might result from discovering design infeasibility during later production.
Material Selection
We select the required formulation solutions from our library of performance-modified plastics based on the performance requirements of different products (such as compression resistance, impact resistance, weather resistance, and food contact, etc.). We can also add antistatic, flame-retardant, or reinforcing modifiers according to customized requirements to meet the standards of different industries.
Prototyping
We provide rapid prototyping services, using 3D printing or the fabrication of simple molds to carry out small batch trials for functional verification and appearance confirmation, so as to avoid discovering design defects before formal mold opening and to ensure the feasibility of mass production.
Volume Production
We have multiple blow molding production lines to ensure continuous and stable production. The single mold cycle time is short, and the production scrap rate is low, allowing us to support large batch orders ranging from hundreds to millions of units.
After-Sales Service
We can provide quality commitments and fast-response after-sales services for mass-produced products, ensuring that customers have peace of mind when using them.
Characteristics Of Blow Molds
High machining accuracy and tight tolerances
We possess technologies such as CNC machining and EDM (electrical discharge machining), which allow us to strictly control the alignment accuracy of the two mold halves and the fit of the parting surface. This effectively reduces the occurrence of flash, ensures uniform wall thickness of the products, and guarantees dimensional consistency of the manufactured parts.
High Cooling Technology
Optional conformal cooling channels follow the mold’s contour, reducing cycle time by up to 30% and ensuring consistent part quality from the first shot to the last.
OEM Production
From Mold to Mass Production, One-Stop Solution.
Long Service Life Of Molds
Because we use high-quality mold steels such as P20, 718H, H13, and S136, and apply processes like vacuum heat treatment and surface nitriding/chromium plating, which greatly improve the wear resistance of the molds.
